噴砂房是我公司在蜂窩地板技術的基礎上，自行開發、設計的環保型蜂窩式噴砂（丸）房，可按客戶的產品特性、噴砂要求等設計制作。蜂窩地板噴砂房是利用風機的風力為動力，將磨料通過回料管道吸送到旋風分離器中進行分離，最后進入噴砂系統循環利用。

都具有下述的特點：

1、省去了常規噴砂房砂料輸送煤循環系統的螺旋輸送機，斗式提升機以及地下工程，不需建造地坑，節約了地基施工費用，大大節約了工程成本；

2、爐料磨(mo)具回報率高，更方便清換(huan)爐料磨(mo)具；

3、重點(dian)高壓電器(qi)組件均采取進品類產品，擁有耐熱性不穩定性，平安可(ke)以信賴，使用的(de)生存期長，維修簡單化；

4、噴砂房室體內有高清晰的能見度，室體自然補風，節約能源消耗；

5、濾油機(ji)所主(zhu)要采用冷凝(ning)機(ji)組排塵，第一個級(ji)(ji)所主(zhu)要采用颶風分開器，2、級(ji)(ji)用濾心式排塵設備(bei)，其(qi)總(zong)排塵能力多達(da)99.99%上文(wen)；

6、在噴砂房正面房頂上部，配有“聲光報警系統”，在噴砂房內，配有急停呼叫按鈕；

7、各系(xi)統的化(hua)性(xing)自(zi)動保持(chi)利用互鎖(suo)保持(chi)，當在其中(zhong)一(yi)系(xi)統的化(hua)性(xing)顯現出現問題(ti)時，關聯(lian)系(xi)統的化(hua)性(xing)均立即中(zhong)止運行，噴(pen)槍(qiang)立即中(zhong)止噴(pen)射式(shi)；

8、房體應用(yong)建筑(zhu)方案飾品方案，外(wai)表清(qing)新淡雅、精美、規(gui)范(fan)化，減(jian)噪目的好(hao)，且裝有(you)節省時間。
